After a successful first year, Biodiversity Gardens is very excited to be able to offer 2 places on their BIODIVERSITY GRADUATE TRAINING PROGRAMME, in partnership with SNCV and the London Borough of Sutton Biodiversity Team for 2013!
The successful candidates will enrol on an intensive 6-9 month placement with the project that will give them both the skills and knowledge to progress within the extremely competitive conservation sector.
Working hours are 9-5, 3 or 4 days a week based at the award-winning Sutton Ecology Centre, Carshalton. Candidates will learn key conservation skills as well as developing their knowledge in a number of areas including practical habitat management, ecological surveying, project management, task leadership, basic finance, publicity, environmental education and community engagement.
